The Daily Page

The Daily Page

The daily pages are arguable the most important part of the journal.

This is the part that needs to become habit.

Firstly start your day with three things you are grateful for. There are so many benefits that come with starting your day with gratitude and the longer you do this, the more you will feel them.

If you are new to gratitude or want some pointers the journal has some prompts. These include:

- Lessons learnt & challenges
- Healthy habits
- Learning and knowledge
- Your body; taste, smell, movement
- Social life, friendships, mentorships
- Romance and relationships
- Physical and emotional wellbeing
- Milestones, wins, progress

Follow this gratitude with a daily affirmation. This could be the one we provide at the start of each month, or it could be one that you decide yourself! Some prompts for affirmations:

- There is nobody I would rather be than myself.
- I welcome new energy, new friendships, and new adventures.
- My body is a miracle, it is perfect just the way it is.
- Everything is going according to plan. I am on the right path.
- Every door is open to me. Nothing can stop me.
- Today is going to be a great day.

There is also a section to remind you of due dates. Coupled with your assigment tracker you will never miss a deadline.

I recommend you build your to-do-list into your morning routine. Give each of the items a number starting with 1 being the highest priority. Choose up to 3 items that you will achieve. Be realistic. It could be one important item, and 2 others that are easy to get done.

The free space can be used in whatever way you like! Some ideas are:
a grocery list, meal prep, daily schedule. It’s even big enough to stick in a polaroid a day!

Finally, a space has been provided for traditional journalling. This is a place you can record a quick thought or interesting quote, something that made today great, or something that will make tomorrow even better.

Stick with it and we promise you will develop positive habits that will change your life for the better.
