It takes around two months to form a new habit. What systems do you have in place to help you stay consistent and disciplined in forming your new habit? A habit tracker is a great place to start! 

The beginning of each month is the perfect time to reflect on the habits you want to form. I usually create my habit tracker using my morning and evening routine tasks. But you can track which ever habits are important to you. 

I begin by writing down all the habits. Then at the end of each day I sit down and fill in the box or mark a cross if I completed my habit that day. It's similar to the sticker chart you may have had as a child. It acts to motivate and reward you to be consistent in completing your action each day until it becomes a habit!
